Description
ES 316L 15 is designed to give a weld deposit with a minimum ferrite number of 5 FN. Carbon content is 0.04% maximum and can be used to weld Type 304L stainless steal where the presence of molybdenum is not

Applications
ES 316L15 electrode is used for welding synthetic fiber, urea production equipment, and similar type of stainless steel structures. They are also used for welding chromium stainless steel that is not suitable for post weld heat treatment, compound steel, and dissimilar steel
